South Korean Scholarship 2023: Call for Applications

South Korea Scholarship Description

The South Korean Government (Korean Government Scholarship Program) annually offers Masters and Doctoral scholarships to students from French-speaking Africa to enable them to study at the best South Korean universities.

Admission Criteria for South Korea Scholarship

To apply for the South Korean scholarship program, you must:

Be under 40 years old
Not hold South Korean nationality
Have good physical and mental health
Have a good level of English (as the courses are offered in English or the South Korean language)
Hold a license for those applying for the Master or a Master for those applying for the doctorate.
Your home country must be eligible for the South Korea Free Scholarship Program.

The South Korean Government Scholarship supports;

Scholarship fees
Living expenses
Round trip plane ticket
The supplies to easily follow the Master’s or Doctorate program

NB: Please note that the scholarship is open to all students from French-speaking Africa.

Scholarship Application Procedures

You need to download the application form from the official higher education website of the South Korean government.

The application form is called; ” Application form (in word format)”.

You must complete the application form in English and put together your application file.
The application file must include:

The completed form
A copy of the other documents required (Passport / CNI, diploma, and transcripts, etc.) university.

After putting together your file, you must physically submit it to the South Korean Embassy in your country of origin.

For those from Côte d’Ivoire and Burkina Faso, you must do so before mid-March of the current year.

All application files submitted after the deadline set by the South Korean Embassy in your home country will not be accepted.
